Well said JJ, I take my hat off to you. I like to keep a few points in my head.
Is there a need for MPL. Absolutely, the medical world is screaming out of a treatment.
How formidable is the competition ? There is none on the horizon at the moment with patient protection out to 2038. Talk about a moat.
Time line. We are 1 trial and 30 million dollars away.
Will it generate an acceptable cash flow. Damn right it will.
Risk factor. MPLs stunning results in phase 1, in my view puts our chance of success above 50%. [Well Above] Yes I know it was only 12 patients, but all 12 are still alive and living meaningful lives.
Management Team. The CEO's role is to oversea and get the right people in the right role together with the resources they need, I think we can all agree this is happening.
The market is often wrong, mainly because of the nervous nellies you describe with short attention spans lose interest and go off to chase the next shiny thing.
Can only speak for myself, but I'm very relaxed about the future.
