It's a tiny holding in the scheme of things, these days the majors owns millions and have shown a willingness to collect more, absolutely a non issue IMO. When you mention half his holdings it's even smaller, what 15m and he is going to hurt his value for this? My honest view would be that any one of the three sigs would buy it out of petty cash but my money would be on a horse called self interest, you always know at least he is trying, hence he will hang onto every single one until he see's what is a serious top.
