Being that it was delivered from the Eligible account and not the registered account as the article reads it could well have been a customer of JPM withdrawing the GOLD from sale.
The GOLD in the registered account is in the London Good Delivery state but the Gold in the eligible is not necessarily in the London Good delivery state ie 99.999 and in the required weights.
