I have lived in the inner south Of Melbourne for almost 4 decades and I have never struck the type you describe as a Nazi Hippie
He did however have a strong body odour I could smell from a couple of metres away!
What you describe sounds like a Nazi hippie , many of them drive kombie vans (VW hippie wagon with nazi connections ) and are members of the Libertarian National Socialist Green Party which is taking a foothold in Australia the front half of their head is Nazi skin head and the back half pig tail hippie .
They have been associated with anarchy and chaos in many cafes , some even have the audacity to ask for free water thinking it is should be a right of theirs
I don't know how such people would say they are Nationalist Socialist Greens. Never heard of the National Socialist Greens!
