50c round coins are 80% silver.
Small, easy to trade, still legal tender.
Imo they are the perfect medium of trade for transactions outside of the established system.
I've got a fair few, plus other PM's, stashed in Aus.
Can't buy a loaf of bread with a 1oz bar of gold.
But the small silver coins, yes.
