I actually think the pie in the sky spec hopefuls will be the ones to benefit the most because near term producers usually have much higher market caps and have had large re ratings already.

My two preferred pie in the sky spec hopefuls are OVR and then PLD but each isn't without its challenges

OVRs deposit requires a higher Zinc price due to its Cap Ex and it isn't a super large deposit but it's a decent sized decent grade deposit and OVR has a $1m Mkt Cap

PLD has acquired an old Kagara Zinc asset but it's very deep and so its Op Ex and Cap Ex will be very high however it's on of the worlds largest and highest grade unmined deposit
