Do we really want another small time WA firm managing the cap raise. Will be interesting to see the DOCA and what we are left with. I have seen some DOCA voted down and if it lets the note holders off lightly and punishes shareholders fully then I'm inclined to go down with the ship and take them with us. If Anthony and Celtic get burnt equally with holders then I'll take the beating. But I wish we had a better Venture capitalist on board. At least its a new name and not Celtic.

But they need to address profitability and sustainability. Right now we are miles from breakeven and in the un enviable position of having no stock. So right off the bat we need an expensive production run and product relaunch.

They need to address the debt levels. I suspect they will do a combination of debt to equity conversion, buy some debt back with proceeds od cap raising, and roll over some. That rolled over debt will remain a ticking time bomb like it always was. But I cant see another way. How could they possibly raise enough to extinguish all the debt when the last few cap raisings failed dismally. What has actually changed.
