Had ww2 ended sooner, many lives would have been saved along with property which was destroyed, families, infrastructure etc etc.
The only reason the Germans and Japanese kept fighting till the end was that we gave then no choice. Who are the barbarians here?

It's also funny how the U.S. Changed the name of its Department of War to Department of Defence soon after ww2.
