What you really mean, is someone with more than half a brain, has a degree of common sense and can think logically because there are very few of our parliamentarians who fit that description!!! And that's why we are in the mess we are in now! Which will only get worse under this current regime! It's so frustrating to watch as the incompetents continue on their merry way with every hair brained scheme under the sun!
