There is no science to it because 3 - 6 months is pure speculation and charting really is lesson in history IMO. I'm confident CBA will still be a solid investment how ever long it takes to get through it.
Possibly 18 months for a vaccine, in the meantime there's too much over-reaction in the news. Which will hopefully calm down once the authorities improve testing acuracy and make available to public so people can be reassured and travel freely. eg. If workers can get the all clear they can go back to work - also acurate figures will provide some level of certainty.
l only have a few shares and not worried, just bought few this week.
