Agreed…but I don't look at the valuation of a company …..i look at how many shares have to be purchased to move the SP and how far the SP moves up and down as a consequence…….Just the way I look at it……Definitely not advice…..Everyone can do their own research and have their own perspective/ideas…For me GRE has a better upside currently due to the low SOI.
