I listened for a 3rd time the PYMTS & Splitit podcast recorded on10May. Nandan said, 2 to 3 banks will go live within 2-3 months.. much better than just the 1. They want traction for merchants to come onboard. We are seeing the benefits of white labelling a product - in our case so it can be used across any issuer.
The cross marketing that the issuer can display on the POS device is another chapter for Splitit to discover in the future. This MIGHT explain why they are advertising for a marketing resource on LinkedIn.
