Hi All
I have just started to follow this stock and have been reading about this. Some have been talking about 3c being fair value as one mine will start producing.
I am newbie, still learning about stocks and Couple of my questions are as follows:
1- current shares are 490mn and stock price is 1.5c. If this is diluted to 920mn in next few weeks will the price not go down to 0.7c?
2- if above is true why are people talking about 3c as fair value? (I can see strong buy orders at 1.3,1.4c)
In summary I am trying to understand logic behind supporting this stock for investing.
If anyone kindly explain it will be great.
Graphite has a big future but we have to pick up right stock. I want to learn from experienced to analyse this situation correctly.
