at least in this case Options are being issued to all shareholders on a pro rata basis. At least half on this basis.
Haven't looked but these others have a similar 2.5 cent exercise price? are these others listed as are the rights one?
If they are listed too then they could form a trading free float in options as the organisers/ brokers "cash " them in.
Better options IMO than heads. Options divert a lot of day pip diddlying imo. Will be interesting at what price options list at
We'll just have to see what Stratmin does with it's trache heads issues. Hold them long term or cash 'em up asap ?
What they do will establish the Heads Free Float out of the 1billion+ register. Still think in 1/2 years a consolidation could occur maybe after option expiry 2018.
what I also want to see is an announcement that the extra 3kts to 6 kts production is pre sold/offtaken.If you really know the Graphite Sector you'd know sale of total run of production, no stockpiling, is crucial.
Madagascar graphite for flake and purity is in some ways superior to east African. Surely "moving" 3 kts into Graphite Demand shouldn't be a problem? but what will it show if it is, to the wanna be 100kts $200mil capex crew ?
