unfortunately for shareholders, most of these low performance con men, sorry I mean used car salesmen, are paid crazy amounts of dough for low/no performance results, many in my view are a joke and in the real world would be/should be, unemployable.
But we all know these guy's are not operating in the real world as there not held accountable, where as most of us are held accountable for any poor decisions that we make.
