Thanks Minaplaya for the link. It is very informative.
I also liked the recent BRR interview with Mr Banning, it explains exactly what CSD will be obtaining as part of the acquisition. Mr Banning mentions the plant's replacement cost is $100 million. It surprised me that I was then able to acquire shares under 5 cents. It is obvious that some people have missed the potential of this speculative share.

I'm reminded of this famous quote:
"Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful". WB.

It is also interesting to see the turn-around of views in certain members' posts. IMO, it says a lot about their integrity.

"I don't believe the share price will fly overnight regardless of news"
"Could be a category 5 hurricane rocketing CSD's share price"

Both comments were made in a matter of days.
