The problem is systemic: The Muslim world is in disarray; massively violent, ruled by corrupt and autocratic leaders, with virtually no general appreciation for civil government, and insufficiently structured or resourced to maintain robust economies. Yet populations boom, increasing economic, culture, and political tensions. Life in the Muslim world is becoming untenable, so thousands flee to a saner, gentler, more civil, sphere, which is Europe. But this very influx threatens the civil nature of W. European nations. So either Europe has to become more culturally Muslim, or the Muslim Middle East has to become more modern in ideology and in practice.

Providing asylum to or suspending deportation of otherwise illegal migrants only encourages them to abandon their country rather than attempt to defend and reform it.

Would it not be wise...to set up safe havens in the sphere they live? At the moment this is too little, too late, but not impossible.
But these can't just be camps, there must be work, education, business and the rule of law so people can live happy lives.
These people need to unite and then ask the world for financial assistance to re-establish their homes and lives back in their home countries.
The world economies as a collective need to support these people's desire to live safely, best in their home countries, also their own governments/leaders.
Can positive solution's to this unfolding mess be formulated and placed in action?
