Here I sit broken hearted,
Our BOD have truly shafted,
Our friend BR had us all diluted but
for that OZL have now saluted.
Stress and strain for all these years
with little to show as was our fear.
The BOD get to walk away
pockets bulging their big fat pay.
Mum and dads get the usual story
stripped of their returns alas no glory.
Supporting our team with a small cap dream
only to see them disappear with all our cream.
Following AVB for so,so long
with our BOD giving up for a song.
What can I say it's a rather sad day
Only myself to blame for this fizzled play.
I do now wonder if OZL will thunder
Or will someone again come in to plunder
I have never claimed to be all that bright
But I guess if I was would I still be on this site.
