HIGH GRADE NICKEL INTERSECTIONS CONFIRMED AT DAYBREAK AND FLYING FOX HIGHLIGHTS • Intersection of 20m @ 6.8% nickel in diamond drillhole NMD 126 at Daybreak points to a likely re-rating of the potential of this deposit and the underlying Daybreak Deeps zone. Daybreak is open to the south of NMD 126. Daybreak Deeps has minimal previous drilling. • The massive sulphide in NMD 126 is consistent in grade (13 assays from 7.0 to 9.6% nickel) and low in penalty elements arsenic and magnesium. It compares favourably with the best drillhole intersections from the Company’s Flying Fox deposit, located 3km to the north. • Intersection of 17.4m @ 6.7% nickel in FFD 132 W2/W2 in the northern part of the Flying Fox T1 resource. This provides confidence that the Company’s objective for a substantial increase in the Flying Fox resource will be achieved before completion of the BFS in July. • Until recently, Daybreak was not regarded as a high priority in the BFS, ranking behind Flying Fox, New Morning, Diggers South and Cosmic Boy. NMD 126 confirms Forrestania as being one of the most prospective belts in Australia for high grade nickel discoveries
