Quite simply, the mention of Rule 10.1 refers to the purchase or sale of an asset. My guess is the sale of an asset.

The mention in the announcement of a related party could mean a number of things but to my mind it is more likely to be a 10% equity holder or a person/company with a financial agreement with AVB.

Therefore, my view is that the questions to be asked (or speculated on) are:

(1) What is being sold that is worth more than 5% of the equity value of AVB?

and

(2) Who is the related party that is buying the asset?

and

(3) Why?

and

(4) What is the outcome for AVB of (1)-(3)?

Not hard to guess why...it is wrapped up with finance or a condition thereof. The outcome is in one way similar to further dilution. OK may mean we finally go mining but as a shareholder your slice of the pie just got smaller. IMO ...
Notice we already down .002 in pre-trade and a lot of punters have not seen ann as yet as it came in after bus hours yesterday
