its common knolwegde theyve been the big buyer last 2.5 years
but as far as it driving prices - i cant see a direct connection. US gold reserves had no direct impact on gold pricing for many moons eithe rup or down.
big sales or purchases do tend to create a short term blip - but thats really all.
