The post on X is dated 13th of May. It is of an undated Instagram clip.

Why not contact Terrence K Willaims and ask if he reported the event ?



As to the second video, the commentator says he also saw her "half an hour ago" so, presumably November 2020.

He seems to have been filming from a balcony, presumably he was authorised to be there ?

He says "the cops are in on it" but apparently makes no effort to voice his concerns or ask what is happening.

Has this old video ever been sent to any investigators ?
