How come many schools feel its okay to indoctrinate pupils with the fairy tale that passes for christianity? Okay kids listen up: jesus came in a virgin birth at exactly the same time as three wise men from the east coincidentally arrived bearing gifts. Do not think kids, don't ask questions and just take on board all the rubbish we throw at you.
I don't think it's a good idea to mix up education and religious ideology. Religion should be kept well away from children until such time as they can freely choose to believe in this or any other rubbish they want to. Religious schools ought not receive public funding and all religious institutions should be forced to pay all appropriate taxes.
