Some big moves last night, It will be interesting to see what pulls this move up in oil. I noted it had a clear shot at 38 after moving through a number of short term resistance levels. Medium term resistance is 38, I have noted some longer term resistance at 37.40. Above 38 is the 161% Fib expansion level at 40.
The only problem with the price increase is marginal producers will stay online and continue to oversupply and already oil soaked economy.
