Have said from the beginning of this Voice agenda, that is a UN operation (UNDRIP). Knowing that the WEF, Who and the UN are working together toward Agenda 30, where we will all be in a "social contract" on a "Universal income" due to health, climste change and for the greater good (labour party -democratic socialism).
