Have to give a short summary now - first, to be diluted by this raise you have to have an existing holding of over $180k which is way more than most people invest in a high growth deep tech small cap like DRO.

Second, there are good and bad dilutions and Droneshield one is definitely the forner. Even if you do not participate in the raise your ownership will be diluted, but your per share valie will increase in the long term becase the money is raised fund growth and the ability to fulfil the expected large orders.

Ginally the allegations of insider trading are so laughable they don't even merit a reply.

I suggest that the OP educates himself in basic math and common sense befire posting such nonsense again. Oh and there are plenty of buyers in the market if the OP actually decides to be true to his words and sell the shares.
