I think that a lot of the negative banter from naysayers and some individuals here ( you know who you are and some now hold) .
Have thrown so much mud at AVB that it is going to take a while to clear up.
Newbies going through past discussions will leave this stock maybe alone.
No need though cause AVB is a great stock with lots of upside.
First production next year and stage 2/3 on the horizon fully funded no loans no debt the list goes on.
Like I always say don't sh*t in your own back yard.
