    Actually that 1% Govt NSR on copper may now be 2%  if I read

    MP No. 789/2017: modifies the calculation method regarding CFEM, the mining royalty:

    "2% gold and other minerals, except iron ore.." correctly.   

    That is a fair size royalty payment....  overall.
