POS fits the bill perfectly except that it has one of Ozs richest men as its major long term holder, twiggy, and he has already shown he will fight for POS.

She is either twiggy's arch nemesis takeover suitor or our friendly yankee personal assistant here to bankroll POS with cheap yankee debt & help us impotents restart all these dirt cheap Ni plants/mines, you decide which one it is.
  
I asked Dennis today if BMM may start a hostile bid again & would Forrest fight, he was very clear that Squadron strongly supports the Board & BMMs intentions are not clear and they are hard to read.

Zumwalt has engaged Karl Paganin, super lawyer, as her board proxy, see the above article. he is a takeover specialist & this is a signal for me that this battle for control is only just beginning.
Felicity Gooding is the proxy for Twiggy & CFO of Minderoo & former FMG director.
Paganin could eat their lunch & make them pay for it.

Twiggy better get his advisers together, build the warchest and get ready for another bid from BMM.
If its BMM capping the stock, they will need CS UBS BNP and others to hold strongly.
This is the consequence of twiggy allowing himself to get diluted by the yanks from 33% for 5 years whilst sitting on a 23c shareholding, now its a serious risk that POS will be the next target of the yanks at twiggys empire after they took out ANL & AGO rather easily for pirt cheap.

A buyback of $20M would reduce the share issuance and help the defensive battle.
Twiggy buying that extra 50M stock & joining the BOD would be imperitive as would be rising the SP well above where it is.

If BMM manage to keep this stock low and the great drill results dont lift the SP then we may see this battle heat up quick.

Didnt see antonswig, Singleton, Twiggy, TB, Ullysses or Elvis in the room either.
But Ashley Zumwalt & Karl Paganin were there and all their suits.

I am no genius but can spot a hostile suitor when I see a team of them.
