Too much focus on conspiracy theories, no actual discussion or understanding of the underlying businesses.
My dog in this fight is I would like to see both these Aussie battler companies succeed on the world stage. Both these companies have seriously good technology and they deserve solid growth - as do the shareholders that have supported them. That's what we all want, right?
A better deal for MSP shareholders, sure, why not? Let's look at the business efficiency and growth potential. Can the customers of company A be sold the products of company B, and vice versa. How do the management teams envision working together?
Personally I am buying cryptocurrency these days, recommend that you do too. If this merger goes through I would find the combined entity more interesting than either of the companies separately. Looks like there's a few on here actively trying to sabotage it or talk it down, have to wonder what their motivation is.
