Terry is obviously the only one driving SSN forward. Do you think SSN need to employ another quality person, to assist with some of the projects? There is only so much one person can do and by the sounds of Terry, he would be wanting to drive everything which would have a huge impact on him (physically & mentally) - I believe some people have had emails from him in the middle of the night etc.
If Terry (knock on wood) had an accident etc. Who would step in and drive these projects?
