I'm sorry, why would you think i was referring to Sharia law? We live in Australia and I was commenting on Australian law.

In Australia we have something called the Separation of Powers. It was established to divide and distribute power within the government into three separate branches, so that no single power could rule unjustly.

The Separation of Power spreads power over the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches. There is some intermixing between the Legislative and Executive as the Prime Minister (as part of the Executive) is also part of the Legislative.

The issue recently has been that he is involving himself in the Judicial branch. If this does not concern you, then carry on citizen. Go back to playing with your iPhone.
