Your view is nauseating and disturbing. Nobody should be lined up and terminated. This is barbaric. We, in a civilised world, do not line people up to be "terminated" as you have so bluntly put it.
The perpetrators of violence, murder, torture, rape should be tried before appropriate courts and punished. Those who deprive people of rights and those who rule unjustly should also be punished accordingly.
To begin, here are a few who I would recommend and hope to see tried properly:
All heads of state of America, Australia, Canada and Britain (and heads of any other NATO nation) who were involved in, either directly or by omission, Iraq and Afghanistan wars. The entire ruling family of Saudi Arabia. Head of Syria. Heads of China. Heads of Burma. All Israeli heads of state for the past 20 years. Heads of Jordan. Heads of Egypt. Heads of ISIS, Boko Haram, Al Qaeda etc. Heads of Hezbollah. Heads of Hamas. Heads of Russia.
Wow if we wanted to achieve proper justice in the world it would take such a long time...
The point is, the world we live in is so unjust and corrupt we can't even identify perpetrators anymore. The lines are so skewed and blurred that we have no clue. Instead, we focus on minority groups and judge them so harshly, meanwhile we are blind to our own atrocities.

Do you forget how many civilians were killed in Iraq by governments of the West? Or is that different because.. you know, it's just different.
