I was in NZ in a remote place and got severe heart pain...it was bewildering...But I stopped them getting helicopter to fly me to a doctor...I had to shout a them to not call it...I wasnt getting pain in my arms and wasn't getting sweating. But heart attack can be very difficult to diagnose and it's a big killer of women, more than breast cancer.
Turned out to be very bad heartburn from the local beer and food the night before! I shudder to think of the cost that might have been involved....
