"Sinopec have confirmed that upon satisfactory completion (i.e. of 'project completion to be financed by Sinopec ' scheduled for 'Q4 CY2016' referenced in dot point above) the parties shall 'conduct good faith discussions regarding agreements for future projects"
The obvious, common sense interpretation of this text is that any discussions regarding future agreements will not begin until the Sinopec project is completed at EOY 2017.
