Fact 2: There is no date specified for the completion of Hainan Island. (you stated EOY 17 based on YOUR interpretation on a chart)
Im all for discussion and im certainly no rar-rar pom pom waving ramper. But I like facts not assumptions. And the facts stated by the company were contrary to your assumptions.
