Is it time to enable responsible citizens to carry concealed weapons ? there seems to be much support for the idea that deaths in Paris could have possibly been greatly reduced if trained civilians had an opportunity to retaliate. I tend to agree. France was a soft target knowing that no public would be carrying weapons. It might have taken on a different flavour if random public started to shoot back at the savages..
In fact Interpol see public carry as the most effective way to prevent terror attacks. If I was asked to volunteer I certainly would.
