In 2018 when it has been approved, the world may of changed enough to render us useless.
Time is of the essence, and unless someone in management starts making some noise we will never see this MPA signed.
I wonder how quickly they would react if ESI threatened to pull out?

I believe management have done an amazing job, however this is what management is all about. When the going gets tough, management smooth it out.
