Fortunately for many of us we saw there was smoke many many months back. The article now confirms in a terrible way for existing shareholders this news which not many would want to hear but makes total sense as to why Finance is far from being confirmed if at all. ;-) Things simply were not making sense in my own mind as to why such a viable project was taking so much time to gain finance,but now we know why.
