If you say it is binding and it involves shareholders money then it should be binding.
If you say it is binding and it is not binding thenyou have mis-lead people and somebody needs to be held accountable now in courtor you have to prove that you were mislead your self by another party.
Courtwill settle this other wise it will be the kids in the playground fighting.
ECTneeds to be mature about this and go to court or share holders do if they werelead to think it was binding and there money was backing that.
