The only people who want you to buy a house are the real estate agents, the home wears and appliances salesmen and the women so there's enough room to move in and later steal all your money.
This pretty much negates all three. You could see they'd all be against it.
No debt. No need for a full time job to pay the mortgage or rent. No empty space to fill with crap. No worries.
