I’ve always liked that saying “victory has a thousand fathers, defeat is an orphan..”
TRP hasn’t been much of a success as a public company and everyone who did t hop onto the IPO train is now so very much smarter than everyone else however often things turn out quite differently from expectations.. the important thing is to accept that quote often those outcomes are entirely outside the realm of your control, be it up or down.
I find it particularly amusing.. literally on Monday I was looking at a new car and now after a couple of interesting outcomes I’m thinking about dialling back on some of the optional extras and maybe even a less new one! so quickly things can turn one way or the other. If there is merit in the business then it will get back up, otherwise everyone is just wasting time and money.
