Based on the current TLC share price, it has a market cap of ~$10.3 billion and new TAH is valued at ~$2.2 billion. Total of $12.5 billion
At yesterdays close price, TAH valued at $11.4 Billion (which includes Lottery division)
This means over night, there is $1B increase because of this demerger... something doesn't seem right to me..
