What Blinken missed, just to add a bit of spice, so the Chinese are producing more than 100% of global demand for EVs, OK that was a bit of a shock but they could just as easily be producing tanks. So more likely than not tanks it will be, and submarines, drones, hypersonic missiles, multiple launch rocket systems, shells, air defense etc etc etc.
