In Sweden, the Supreme Court judges do not release their decisions individually. Instead, the decisions are issued by the Court as a whole. Once the justices have signed the final judgment or decision, a court clerk dispatches it to the parties involved.
The timing of a release is an Administrative decision. Whether the release is manipulated from time to time?
