So happy I pulled the pin in February, I was thinking about buying back in but will put that on hold. I really only pulled out because a BOT was playing with the share price for months and months.
If VTG is more efficient at customer service than telstra then in my opinion they could look at sending more business VTG's way. BUT I would expect them to use the market conditions to drive a hard bargain so VTG does need to look for more opportunities.
Don't know how crazy this idea is but I'd like a one stop customer service center where all telco's offerings and services are available and not just one. Granted would be almost impossible to get all the telcos to agree to that.
