I personally think that tls moving to invest in the Philippines is a very good move, currently the country does not have a reliable network be it mobile or internet. The current 3 providers are GLOBE ,SMART & SUN. The two most widely used by filipino's is GLOBE and SMART they are considered to be the best and most reliable, this in itself is amazing considering that mobile coverage is very poor and internet speed is like the legless running (super slow).
Considering that currently there is a lack of infrastructure technology within the country, with all of its citizens being obsessed with owning the latest mobile, then texting , calling ,taking selfies and so on,not to mention the obsession with social media would represent a good opportunity for tls
