Hi Pharynx, personally I know nothing about Stochastics so I can’t comment on it. I prefer to look at pure price action and not derivatives of. It looks like there is a solid wall that’s formed at about 1.75 with a lot of upward momentum behind it st the moment. The failure of that triangle with the price action return to where it was when it formed shows how much strength there is behind this. The fib line at 1.66 being broken and the small consolidation zone below this means that we might be about to have another go at breaking 1.75. If it tries this time around I think there is more of a chance because of the tight price action leading up on the minor trend line getting here. Volume is dropping off so this gives s a bit more confidence also.
I’m thinking of maybe buying in this and setting a stop at 1.62. Short term target of 1.87.
