DB - Yes. Got that message whilst trawling through releases. I thought it interesting to note difference in approach between Senegal and The Gambia, with obvious distinction being the Blairs.
MH - Just hope he (Tony Blair) does not murky the waters too much. FAR (under Wade regime) has a pretty lean time in Senegal and hopefully, that era and style remain behind us. Not so sure about The Gambia but doubt it would as bad as Senegal's Wade era.
