The interesting thing is that GTG have obtained insurance against legal fees. To me that is quite an amazing feat, although I would love to read the fine print to see what it actually covered. So you would hope that any court case would not severely affect GTG monetarily while prosecuting .
The risk in a small organisation taking on a goliath is that the goliath can protract the case and bleed the money dry from the small organisation in cour costs. Now if there is adequate protection then this is not such a risk.
